Grow Your Own Mummers Straw Hat


Get your organic oat and barley seed Thursday 18th April and grow your own Mummer hat with Sowing the Seed Project. All welcome to take part whether you’re an individual, a community group or a school. All you need is 2 square metres for a hat. But feel free to sow as large an area as you wish.

We’ll be organising communal sowing and harvesting days on local farms as well as many other events such as harvest dance, súgán chair & hens nest/egg basket, Mummers costumes workshops and lots more.
